 A native of the Netherlands,
Guy has a Masters degree from VU University at Amsterdam. During
his 10-year career, Guy has held numerous positions within ING
Investment Management, including Quantitative Analyst, Portfolio
Manager (Equities), Head of Technology Funds and Director of Growth
Funds and Alternatives. In his last position he was responsible
for establishing alternative products within ING Asset Management.
His responsibilities included growth funds management. During
his tenure as a head of the technology funds, he was responsible
for establishing and managing the technology sector funds and
Global Growth Fund for ING Asset Management since their respective
inceptions. This involved defining product mandates and investment
processes. There are 10 funds which were previously under his
management that are currently popular in a number of countries.
During his tenure as Head of Technology Funds, the ING Internet
Fund was awarded the best international equity fund in 2000 from
the Wall Street Journal. In 2004, the Standard and Poor’s Micropal
awarded the ING Communication Technology Fund as best technology
fund among the technology, media, and telecom sector funds (total
of 75 funds) sold in The Netherlands.

 Mr. Zhang started his
career at China Merchants Securities in 1994 as an Analyst. He later
became a Senior Analyst and finally Investment Manger of Asset Management
at CMS. He joined China Merchants Fund in 2002 as a Fund Manager.
Mr. Zhang holds a Masters degree in Business Management from
Zhejiang University, and was awarded a fund certificate from the
Chinese Securities Regulatory Commission.

| Hai You, Fund Manager, Equity

 Mr. You started
his career in Sichuan Water and Power Bureau after obtaining
an MBA from the Southwest Jiaotong University. In June 2002,
he joined Guosen Securities as an analyst. Later, he joined
Rongtong Fund Management Company as an equity analyst focusing
on iron and real estate. In May 2006, Mr. You joined China
Merchants Fund as a public utilities and energy sector analyst.
He is currently a Fund Manager in the Equity Investment
Department.
Mr. You has more than five years of experience in securities.
He is also a registered accountant and a certified engineering
consultant.

 Mr. Huang
started his career at Huawei Technologies in 1998. He then
joined China Merchants Securities as a Senior Investment
Analyst in 2000 and was later promoted to a Manager of the
Investment Strategies Department. He joined China Merchants
Fund as a Fund Manager in 2006.
Mr. Huang was awarded as the “Best Investment Analyst”
by the New Fortune Magazine in 2004 and 2005. He has a
Masters degree in Economics from Wuhan University, and
was awarded a fund certificate from the China Securities
Regulatory Commission.

| Junhua Hu, Fund Manager,
Fixed-Income Investment |
 Ms. Hu started her career
at the China Economic Development Trust Company in 1992 as a manager
of fixed-income Investment, and later promoted to Vice General Manager
of the Research Department. Starting in 1998, Ms. Hu joined China
Fortune Securities as a Vice General Manger of the Shenzhen Branch.
She later took on a fixed-income investment manager position in
China Southern Securities in 2001. She joined China Merchants Fund
in 2003, and is now a fund manager in the Fixed-Income Investment
Department. Ms. Hu is highly experienced in Fixed-Income investment,
equity research, and operational management and asset management.
She has a Masters degree in Economics from the Renmin University
of China, and a Bachelors degree in Economics from Central University
of Finance and Economics. She also has a fund certificate from
the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

 Mr. She started
his career at the China People’s Bank as a dealer in 1993, and later
promoted to the general manager of the funding department at the
Foreign Exchange Dealing Center. He then worked at China Eagle Securities
in 2000 as a Manager of the Asset Management Department. He joined
the China Merchants Fund in 2005, and is now a fund manager of CMF
Cash Fund. Mr. She has a Masters degree in Economics from Wuhan
University. He also has an equity investment certificate from
the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

 Mr. Yang is the
director of the Institutional Investment Department at China Merchants
Fund. Prior to joining CMF, Mr. Yang worked as a Deputy Manager
of the Finance Department at China Baoan Group, and later as a Deputy
Manager of the Shenzhen Trading Department at Yellow River Securities
Co., Ltd.
Mr. Yang holds an MBA and graduated with honors from the Graduate
School of Business of University of Chicago. Mr Yang is a CPA
of China, and also holds memberships in the Association for Investment
Management and Research (AIMR) and the China Financial Engineering
Association.
